Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial and commercial cleaning, ensuring that all spaces meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in various areas such as offices, restrooms, and common spaces
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals safely to prevent accidents or health hazards
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistent quality of service
Qualifications
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Reliable with good time management skills
- Ability to lift moderate loads and stand for extended periods during shifts
