We’re looking for an experienced full-time, permanent Lube Technician to join our busy Quick Service Department. If you’re dependable, professional, and ready to jump into a hands-on role, we want to hear from you!
While experience is definitely preferred, we will offer on-the-job training for the right candidate. Mechanical interest and PBS Dealer Management Software experience are assets—but not required.
Compensation: Based on experience.
About the Role
As a Lube Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our customers’ vehicles safe and running smoothly. From routine oil changes to light maintenance and inspections, you’ll be hands-on in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Great communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lift heavy components are all part of what makes you a great fit.
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
- A proactive, self-starting mindset
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (no restrictions)
- Availability Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–6:00 PM, and Saturdays 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Performing oil changes and routine maintenance
- Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Inspecting vehicles and identifying needed repairs
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Providing great customer service and support
- Working closely with team members to ensure quality service
