Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Take orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring prompt service.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and food handling procedures.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service from greeting to farewell.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties, including processing payments accurately and giving correct change.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist in preparing drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, following standard recipes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and a positive guest experience.
Skills
- Proven restaurant experience with knowledge of serving techniques and hospitality best practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cashiering tasks.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and processing payments accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
