Adecco is currently hiring a part-time detail-oriented and organized
Administrative Coordinator / Data Entry Clerk to join our client's team. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys working with data, supporting daily operations, and ensuring information is accurately maintained within internal systems.
In this role, you will provide administrative support to station and call centre operations while managing vehicle maintenance records, processing work orders, and coordinating office activities. - Pay Rate: $21-$24/hour

Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and maintain vehicle information within the company's vehicle maintenance software
- Process and manage incoming emails related to vehicle and operational data
- Open, update, and close work orders within internal systems
- Support station and call centre operations through a variety of administrative functions
- Assist management with day-to-day office procedures and operational activities
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, employees, suppliers, and customers
- Maintain records and ensure data accuracy across multiple systems
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and administrative documentation as required
- Coordinate administrative activities to support departmental goals and operational efficiency
- Provide general office support and assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Secretarial courses, business administration training, or business college education considered an asset

Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or customer-facing environment

At least 1 year of administrative or secretarial experience

Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Proficiency with:

Microsoft Word

Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint is considered an asset
