As a CNC Programmer-Operator, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, where precision, innovation and quality are present every day.
What you will do
- Programming, configuring and operating numerically controlled (CNC) machines
- Interpret plans, technical drawings and specifications to produce parts that meet aeronautical requirements.
- Select the tools and determine the optimal machining parameters
- Perform the setup and make the necessary adjustments.
- Verify the conformity of the parts using precision measuring instruments
- Optimize machining programs and methods to improve quality and efficiency
- Participate in solving technical problems and in the continuous improvement of processes
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment
- Document the work carried out according to quality and traceability requirements
- Collaborating with engineering, quality, and production teams to deliver an exceptional product
Your profile
- DEP in machining techniques, ASP in CNC programming or equivalent training
- Experience in programming and operating CNC machines
- Excellent ability to read blueprints and understand dimensional tolerances
- Knowledge of CNC programming software (Mastercam, GibbsCAM, Fusion 360 or equivalent)
- Rigour, precision and attention to detail
- Team spirit and a desire to learn and continuously improve
