Job Title: Full-Time Supervisor (Morning & Evening Shifts)

Pay: CA$18.50–CA$19.00 per hour (based on experience)
Job Description
We are currently hiring three Full-Time Supervisors to join our team.
Positions Available:
- 2 Morning Supervisors: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 1 Evening Supervisor: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
If you have previous Tim Hortons experience or experience in a fast-paced food service environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support team members during each shift
- Deliver outstanding guest service and maintain brand standards
- Ensure food safety, health & safety, and cleanliness standards are followed
- Manage busy periods while maintaining efficient operations
- Handle cash, inventory, and daily operational tasks
- Complete opening or closing procedures accurately
- Assist with training and motivating team members
Requirements
- Previous Tim Hortons experience or experience in a similar fast-paced environment preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to work assigned shifts
- Ability to work full-time on either the morning or evening schedule
