AGRICULTURAL PARTS PULLER (SALVAGE)
TEMPORARY/SEASONAL (MAY-OCT)
Combine World, a division of Parts ASAP, is an established agricultural organization that focuses on selling used equipment, parts, and in-house manufactured products.
We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable people with agricultural backgrounds to join to our team from now until the end of the harvest season. We are a fun, high spirited group of people who enjoy what we do and pride ourselves on the organization we are building. Experience is not required but is an asset. On-the-job training will be provided.
Who we are looking for:
Assets:
· Agricultural knowledge or background
· Ability to read and understand parts diagrams
· People and communication skills
· Tech savvy
· Reliability
· Attention to detail
· Mechanical experience, understanding of tools and their use
Responsibilities:
· Good attitude and good communication with customers and teammates
· Maintain a clean, organized work truck
· Ability to work under pressure
· Reliable and on time for shifts
· Utilize the correct tool for the job
· Responsible for truck tools and their condition
· Provide help in other areas of the company when needed
Compensation:
· *$25* per hour pay range (full-time, seasonal - based on experience)
· Tools and work truck provided
· Seasonal overtime available
· Opportunity to stay full-time past October if you're the right fit for our company
· Potential for further advancement and/or consideration of entry to apprenticeships if things are working great out for both you and us down the line!
In the end, we are a close group of hard-working individuals, who get along very well. We also have many social activities to keep our bond and communication strong. Some of these activities include daily group meetings, occasional hot lunches, breakfasts, ping pong tournaments, health and wellness activities, as well as a yearly Christmas party.
