Overview
We are seeking Security Guards for an upcoming event on Oct 11, 2024. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises. An artist is coming to town and we need your help to celebrate this event in most smooth way possible.
Responsibilities
-Crowd control. Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence
- Monitor and authorize entries based on tickets purchased. Ensure entrance to the right section by identifying bracelets or tickets.
- Carrying out duties while maintaining excellent standards of customer care
- Investigate and report any suspicious behavior or incidents
- Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly
- Break down fights if needed.
- Be prepare to perform CPR if needed, use fire extinguisher is needed.
Experience
- Prior experience in security and deescalation.
- Crowd control and customer service.
- Previous event, clubs, bars experience.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 7 per week
Schedule:
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- crowd control: 1 year (preferred)
- Security: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
Licence/Certification:
- Security guard licence (preferred)
- ProServe (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
