O₂ Beauty Salon is a new, modern beauty destination in Toronto, created for professionals who are passionate about beauty, high standards and continuous development.
We are currently looking for an experienced Hair Stylist / Hair Colorist to join our growing team.
At O₂, we believe that great hair is not only about technique — it is about understanding the client, creating a personalized experience and delivering results that make people feel confident.
Our salon is designed as a professional environment where talented specialists can grow, work with high-quality professional products and build a strong long-term clientele. We are looking for someone who shares our approach to beauty, quality and client care.
What You’ll Do
* Perform professional haircuts, coloring, highlights, balayage, blonding, toning, styling and finishing services.
* Conduct detailed consultations and understand each client’s goals, hair history and expectations.
* Create personalized color and hair-care plans based on the client’s needs.
* Recommend professional home-care products and treatments when appropriate.
* Maintain a high standard of service, sanitation and organization.
* Build strong relationships with clients and develop a loyal clientele.
* Stay current with modern coloring techniques, trends and professional hair-care technologies.
* Participate in salon training, education and professional development.
* Work collaboratively with other beauty professionals within the O₂ team.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven professional experience as a Hair Stylist and/or Hair Colorist.
* Strong skills in hair coloring and modern color techniques.
* Experience with blonding, balayage, highlights and corrective color is an asset.
* Professional portfolio demonstrating your work.
* Strong communication and consultation skills.
* A genuine passion for beauty and creating exceptional client experiences.
* Professional appearance, positive attitude and reliability.
* Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
* Valid Ontario hairstylist/cosmetology certification or license, where required.
