Overview
TidyWay is growing, and we're looking for experienced residential cleaners in London, Ontario to join our team of independent cleaning professionals.
Most cleaners complete 1–2 jobs per day and earn approximately $150–$300 on the days they work. Payments are sent weekly.
We handle the customers, scheduling, and payments — you focus on providing great cleaning. You'll receive available cleaning jobs and choose which ones you'd like to accept based on your availability.
This is a great fit for experienced cleaners looking for steady, flexible work without having to find and manage their own customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential home cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Follow a straightforward cleaning checklist
- Arrive on time and complete jobs within the scheduled timeframe
- Communicate professionally with customers when needed
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional residential or housekeeping cleaning experience
- Your own reliable vehicle
- Your own basic residential cleaning supplies and equipment
- A smartphone for job notifications and communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Located in London, Ontario or within approximately 30 minutes
Schedule & Availability
This is flexible contractor work — you choose which available jobs you'd like to accept.
Most cleaning appointments take place Monday–Friday during daytime hours, and cleaners with consistent weekday availability will have access to the most opportunities.
You can accept as much or as little work as fits your schedule.
Who This Role Is For
This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an employee position.
It's best suited to experienced cleaners who already have their own transportation and cleaning supplies and are looking for additional residential cleaning work.
Work Eligibility
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship or immigration support.
