Come join our team as our Drive Thru/Greeter!
Responsibilities included are not limited to:
Assist with morning and afternoon greeting customers dropping or picking up cars
Check the vehicles as per Audi guidelines
Assist with handing out loaners when applicable
Ensure clients meet with service advisor once they arrive
Provide excellent customer service during your greetings
Assist with other duties required by service manager
Valet clients when need be
Help get cars on lot when customers arrive for pick up
Maintain cleanliness of drive thru
Assist with seasonal duties on lot around entry doors when needed (snow removal and putting salt down)
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a premium automotive or customer-facing environment
Valid G driver’s license with clean driving record (required for valet and vehicle movement duties)
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
