Office Manager

Duties Include

  • Organize and maintain office emails
  • Prep and pack mail and postage as needed
  • Identify and track expenses (understanding of QuickBooks an asset)
  • Lead additional assigned tasks and projects
  • Research requests on as needed basis
  • Handle day to day office operations
  • Streamline administrative duties/procedures
  • Ability to manage highly confidential information that pertains to clients, business strategy and general administration to owner
  • Daily schedule management
  • Take phone calls and manage client/employee needs
  • Respond to Emails and assist in streamlining responses
  • Light errands
  • Other miscellaneous tasks
  • Conduct telephone interviews when needed
