We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and maintained to the highest standards. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As an Automotive Detailer, you will play a vital role in enhancing the appearance of our vehicles and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and polishing surfaces.
- Vacuum and shampoo carpets and upholstery to ensure a pristine environment.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces for clarity and shine.
- Apply protective coatings to surfaces as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Attention to detail to ensure all aspects of vehicle cleaning meet high standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of various cleaning products and techniques suitable for different vehicle types.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting throughout the workday.
