Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team. This role will involve daily customer visits, providing marketing support, and assisting in sales efforts. As a Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while actively promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Conduct daily visits to customers, establishing and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Marketing Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote products and services effectively.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and generating leads.
- Product Promotion: Demonstrate and promote products to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Market Research: Gather insights on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
- Customer Feedback: Act as a liaison between customers and the company to relay feedback, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on customer visits, marketing activities, and sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or customer service (experience in a similar industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM software.
- Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and market trends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for customer visits.
- Mandarin as an asset
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary: $4000/month.
- Car allowance: $500/month
- Performance-based incentives: 0.1% commission of total team sales in B.C.
