The stock associate is responsible for maintaining a strategic organization system of the merchandise in the stock room. He/she will store the merchandise in a way that will facilitate the search of a specific style, color, or size. The stock associate is required to adhere to all LP procedure specially when receiving, unpacking and tagging the merchandise. Other duties can be assigned to the stock associate, depending on the needs of the Store.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Ability to communicate with customers and store personnel
- Demonstrate initiative & the ability to organize
- Ability to work in a standing position for various hours
- Ability to lift heavy objects, stretch and bend.
- Use of the ladder to access upper level heights of the backroom.
- Strong work ethic with a positive, energetic approach and attention to detail
