We are seeking a licensed 310S automotive Technician shop foreman to join our dynamic team. The candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. Lead a team and make hard decisions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, mechanical knowledge, and excellent customer service skills to ensure our clients receive top-notch service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise team members to enhance workflow efficiency and service quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using schematics and technical manuals.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and assembly tasks.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems before they escalate.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair needs and recommendations clearly to clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist with heavy lifting as necessary during repairs or part replacements.
Skills
- Proven mechanic skills or shop foreman experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work on various vehicle makes and models.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment, including welding when required.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for effective troubleshooting.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as needed during repairs or part installations.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
