We are looking for an experienced Window & Door Assembler with saw machine experience to work in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will assemble windows and doors, operate cutting equipment, and ensure products meet required measurements and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assemble windows, doors, frames, and related components.
- Set up and operate saw machines to cut aluminum, PVC, and other materials.
- Measure and cut materials according to production specifications.
- Accurately use a measuring tape and other measuring tools.
- Install glass, hardware, locks, hinges, handles, seals, and other components.
- Use hand and power tools, including drills and screwdrivers.
- Inspect cut materials and finished products for quality and correct dimensions.
- Follow drawings, work orders, and production instructions.
- Perform basic cleaning of saw machines and production equipment.
- Package and prepare finished windows and doors for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all machine safety and workplace health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Previous window and door assembly experience preferred.
- Saw machine operation experience is required/preferred.
- Experience working with aluminum or PVC is an asset.
- Strong measuring tape skills.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Able to lift and handle windows, doors, frames, and materials.
- Good attention to detail and quality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
