5 Star Paving (Cambridge) Inc. is currently looking for an experienced Skilled Labour / Pipe Layer to join our growing team in the Sewer & Watermain division.
The qualified applicants should posses the following attributes:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sewer & watermain work.
- Ability to read and understand drawings, perform job layouts & operate survey equipment.
- This position is a full-time position with an average of 50 hours per week
- Communication with Lead Person and co-worker’s industry practices and codes
- Must be able to fully understand Excavating & Grading
- Placing Concrete & PVC Pipe in sewer trenches
- Benching & parging Structures
- Must have a valid ‘G’ drivers’ licence with a clean abstract
- Safety, First-aid training, WHMIS and other certifications
- Using Compaction equipment / tools
