Vital Blends is hiring! We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and hardworking part-time team member to join our team Monday through Friday.
Position Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–3:30 PM
- Hours: 25 hours per week
- Weekend Availability: Not required
- Starting Wage: $18/hour, with a potential wage increase following a successful 90-day probationary period
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on café position with a variety of daily responsibilities, including:
- Preparing smoothies, bowls, drinks, and food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Taking customer orders and providing friendly, efficient service
- Operating the POS system and handling payments
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
- Washing dishes and keeping kitchen and service areas stocked and tidy
- Assisting with food preparation, restocking, and inventory
- Following food safety and sanitation procedures
- Working efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Helping with opening/closing tasks and general day-to-day café duties as needed
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
- Able to work independently while also being part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to jump in and help wherever needed
- Previous restaurant or food-service experience is an asset, but not required
