About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Representative who can build relationships, generate new business, and execute reliably.
This is a hybrid outside/inside sales role with a strong emphasis on proactive outreach and pipeline management. You’ll be responsible for growing existing accounts while actively pursuing new opportunities.
This role requires someone who can take ownership of their pipeline, stay organized, and follow through—every time.
What You’ll Do: Business Development & Customer Growth
- Proactively reach out to new and existing customers to generate opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business through calls, visits, and ongoing engagement
- Maintain consistent follow-ups on quotes and active opportunities
- Build long-term relationships while continuing to expand account value
Pipeline & Sales Management
- Own and actively manage your pipeline in CRM (Pipedrive)
- Ensure all leads, quotes, and opportunities are tracked and progressing
- Maintain strong follow-up discipline—nothing gets missed or delayed
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies and contribute to improving sales processes
Sales Execution & Coordination
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage requests accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders move smoothly
- Communicate clearly with customers on timelines, updates, and changes
- Stay engaged post-sale to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

- A well-managed, up-to-date pipeline with consistent activity and follow-through
- Strong outbound activity (calls, visits, touchpoints) generating new opportunities
- Quotes and follow-ups completed on time, without exception
- Growth in both existing accounts and new customer acquisition
- Reliable execution—customers and team members can depend on you

Qualifications
Must Have:
- Experience in sales, account management, or a similar customer-facing role
- Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline and consistently follow up
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort using CRM systems (Pipedrive or similar)
- Ability to learn technical or specialized products quickly
- Willingness to travel occasionally (~20%)
Highly Valued:
- Experience with similar product categories or transferable technical products
- Background working with first responders, military, or public sector customers
- Experience improving or refining sales processes and pipeline management
- Ability to read and write in French

Compensation
Base salary range: $60,000–$80,000, depending on experience and demonstrated ability.
PLUS a performance-based bonus tied to sales and gross margin, which will provide additional earning potential. This role is designed to grow into a high-performance sales position with increasing upside tied to results.
