Podcast Producer & Editor
Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Podcast Producer & Editor to join our creative team. This role is essential in shaping engaging audio content, managing the production process from concept to final edit, and ensuring high-quality delivery for our audience. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for storytelling through audio media.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of podcast productiion, recording, editing, and publishing episodes
- Manage audio editing using Adobe Premiere, buzzsprout, riverside, YouTube and other editing software to produce and release episodes
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop for promotional materials and episode visuals
- Collaborate with hosts, guests, and team members to develop compelling content that aligns with brand goals
- Translate scripts or segments as needed to reach bilingual audiences effectively
- Interpret audio content for clarity and engagement, ensuring accurate messaging across languages
- Write show notes, episode summaries, and promotional copy that attract and retain listeners on YouTube and various platforms
- Maintain a consistent publishing schedule and optimize episodes for various platforms
- Assist in creating marketing assets to promote upcoming episodes across social media channels
Experience
- Proven experience in podcast production or audio editing with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere for audio editing; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for visual content creation
- experience posting on YouTube and understanding algorithm
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members, hosts, guests, and external partners
- Strong writing skills for scripting, show notes, and promotional materials
- Ability to interpret audio content creatively and technically to produce engaging episodes
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines is preferred

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
