We are now hiring the team for our new store coming to Trail in the summer of 2026. We are looking to fill all roles including warehouse receivers, sales clerks and supervisors. The positions will, at first, involve store setup which includes assembling shelves, stocking shelves, etc.

Receive, verify, and organize incoming shipments of pet supplies, food, and other merchandise.

Safely lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs multiple times per day.

Stock shelves and storage areas, ensuring products are rotated and organized.

Learn about the products we carry, pet care, our Point-of-Sale system, etc.

Provide excellent customer service by ensuring the customer takes priority.

Maximize sales opportunities to achieve store targets.

Maintain consistent visual merchandising and housekeeping standards at all times.

Adhere to operating and security procedures at all times.

Keep up to date on product, promotions, rewards programs, etc.

Ring in sales at the till.

Execute opening and closing procedures.

Be available evenings and weekends.

Previous retail, warehouse, or receiving experience an asset, but not required.

Ability to safely lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs multiple times per day.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

We are hiring full-time and part-time positions. Wages will be negotiated based on experience.
