ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
MCA is seeking a Merchandising Reline/Reset Team Captain and Merchandising Helpers in Calgary, AB. Tasks include working as a team to help reset and reline cosmetic sections in large retail stores. The Team Captain will lead their team through each project and Team Helpers will assist and follow instructions given by the Team Captain.
Working hours between the hours of 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday
Starting early January 2022
Short Term Contract (Potential for extension)
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
At MCA, our Merchandising Representatives must maintain a professional attitude and appearance. A successful Merchandiser is organized and self-motivated. Team Captains must be excellent problem solvers and be comfortable managing between 4-8 people. Helpers must be outstanding team players with great listening skills and exceptional aptitude to follow direction.
Merchandising and Planogram experience is essential
Experience working in Retail or Grocery settings is preferred
Merchandisers must have reliable transport to get to & from stores
Being smartphone and computer savvy is essential as all our reporting is done through apps or online
