We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Grade 4-5 Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging instruction to students in grades 4 and 5, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students' academic and social development. - Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards for grades 4 and 5.
- Deliver instruction in core subjects such as Math, English, and other related areas.
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations; provide constructive feedback.
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports students with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or requiring special education services.
- Engage in tutoring sessions to support individual student learning needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavioral reports.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive social interactions among students.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.
