What You'll Do
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial flat roofing systems
- Work with: SBS modified bitumen (torch-applied), Self-adhered roofing systems, TPO (experience considered an asset)
- Install insulation, cover boards, vapour barriers, and roofing membranes
- Flash penetrations, drains, parapets, curbs, and rooftop equipment
- Safely operate roofing tools and equipment
- Read drawings and follow project specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Work effectively as part of a professional crew
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 3 years of commercial flat roofing experience
- Experience installing SBS roofing systems
- Ability to work safely at heights
- Reliable transportation to job sites or shop
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Physically capable of lifting materials and working outdoors
- Valid driver's licence
Assets
- TPO or EPDM installation experience
- Working at Heights certification
- Fall Protection certification
- First Aid/CPR
- Leadership or foreman experience
