Retail STORE Recruiter (Full-time/Permanent)
Are you currently in a Retail Management role with responsibility for store recruiting?

As the leaders in luxury apparel and footwear, Harry Rosen and DAVIDS Footwear retail stores will commit to supporting and training candidates who love retail and have the passion and ability to seek out and inspire great people to join our very successful organization.
You will be part of a small, collaborative team responsible for providing high level talent acquisition services to our stores across Canada.
Job responsibilities include : Managing the full cycle STORE recruiting process from candidate application to onboarding:

Developing effective partnerships with store and regional managers to understand their unique recruiting needs.
Sourcing and qualifying top level talent for a variety of store based roles across Canada utilizing networking, social media marketing and key recruiting sites to attract candidates to our business.
Establishing positive relationships with candidates, effectively representing Harry Rosen Inc. and DAVIDS Footwear as an employer of choice.
The successful candidate will have the following background/experience:

Retail Management Experience with exposure to retail recruiting
Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and handle high volumes of resumes, requests and inbound calls
Demonstrated intuitive interviewing skills using the Behavioural Description Technique
Excellent customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills with a comfort level communicating with leaders at all levels of the organization
Strategic and forward thinker
Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential issues in a sensitive, efficient and professional manner
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Previous experience working with Workday or another robust ATS is preferred
Second language an asset (mandarin or French)
