Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and certified Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automotive repair and maintenance, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicle makes and models, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on vehicles, including engine, transmission, brake systems, and electrical components
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to execute repairs and modifications
- Interpret schematics, technical manuals, and repair procedures to accurately identify issues
- Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements
- Assist with vehicle assembly and component installation as needed
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and service performed
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and addressing customer concerns professionally
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Skills
- Proven dealership experience or mechanic experience with a strong mechanical knowledge base
- Proficiency in automotive repair techniques and maintenance procedures
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics for diagnostics and repairs
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repairs or part replacements
- Strong understanding of automotive systems including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills for effective customer interactions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
