We are accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant at Holy Trinity Academy located in Okotoks, Alberta. This is a full-time position (37.50 hours per week) that runs concurrent with the school year. The preferred start date for this position will be August 17, 2026.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, have a strong technical background, public relations skills, and the ability to deal with multiple and changing priorities. Flexibility, patience, attention to detail, responsiveness, cooperation, strong communication skills and serving the needs of students will lead to success in this role.
Experience with financial software programs or bookkeeping is desirable as duties include but are not limited to preparing financial documents; maintaining records; scheduling; accounts processing; and general office routines. A high level of computer literacy is required and experience with MS Office Suite, Google suite, Spend Dynamics, Power School, KEV and Atrieve ERP are preferred. Prior experience in a school setting as well as familiarity within the Catholic environment will be considered definite assets and training will be provided.
