What You’ll Do
We are looking for motivated, confident, and coachable Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will make high-volume outbound calls, connect with decision-makers, qualify prospects, and either set appointments or close deals directly.
This is not an order-taking position, this is proactive, outbound sales. We are looking for hunters to;
- Make over 120 outbound cold calls daily
- Engage decision-makers and build rapport quickly
- Deliver clear, compelling sales messaging
- Handle objections confidently and professionally
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments or close deals
- Track all activity in CRM systems
- Participate in ongoing training and performance coaching
Qualifications
- Full-time availability (required)
- Strong communication skills in an predominantly English-speaking setting (required)
- Previous cold calling or sales experience (preferred)
- Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining a positive attitude
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Basic CRM proficiency
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Compensation & Earning Potential
This is a position designed for highly motivated individuals who want control over their income and growth.

Pay: $720.00-$1,220.00 per week
