Carpex Cleaning Services is a growing Calgary-based carpet and upholstery cleaning company serving residential and commercial clients across all Calgary quadrants. We're known for our quality results, honest pricing, and friendly service. We're expanding and looking for a reliable, hard-working technician to join our team.
What You'll Do
- Perform professional carpet steam cleaning using truck-mounted hot water extraction equipment
- Apply pre-treatment solutions to stains, high-traffic areas, and pet urine spots
- Clean upholstery, mattresses, area rugs, and tile & grout as needed
- Inspect carpets before and after cleaning and walk customers through results
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition
- Load and unload equipment and supplies from the company vehicle
- Travel to residential and commercial job sites across Calgary
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the company with pride
- Communicate clearly with clients and answer basic questions about the cleaning process
- Complete job reports and collect payment from customers
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Strong work ethic — this is a physical job (lifting, bending, carrying hoses)
- Good communication skills and a friendly customer-facing manner
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous carpet cleaning or janitorial experience is an asset — not required, full training provided
- Comfortable working in residential homes and around clients, pets, and children
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
