About the role
RGI Systems is a small agency, and we're growing faster than our admin can keep up with. We're looking for a part-time Customer Success Rep to be the person who keeps things running — talking with clients, staying on top of our inboxes, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
This is a work-from-home role, but we're hiring locally in Peterborough so we can meet in person when it makes sense.
If you're organized, a strong communicator, and the type of person who genuinely likes tidying up a messy system, you'll do well here.
What you'll do
- Communicate with clients by email, phone, and video — answering questions, sharing updates, following up
- Manage and triage shared inboxes: reply, sort, flag, and escalate
- Handle day-to-day admin: scheduling, data entry, CRM updates, document prep
- Keep internal files, folders, and trackers organized and current
- Build and maintain simple processes that keep the agency running smoothly
- Flag issues early and follow up until they're resolved
What we're looking for
- Excellent written and verbal English — you'll be representing us to clients
- Strong organizational skills and real attention to detail
- Comfortable with everyday tools (email, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, CRMs)
- Self-directed — you can work independently without someone checking in hourly
- Reliable internet and a quiet space to work from home
- Located in or near Peterborough, Ontario
Nice to have: previous customer service, admin, executive assistant, or agency experience.
