Job Title: Restaurant Operations Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Operations Specialist to support restaurant operations, drive performance, and assist with new store development. This role is ideal for someone who understands restaurant management, enjoys solving operational challenges, and is comfortable working across multiple locations when needed.
This position will be based out of our Corporate Saskatoon location and will require regular travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day restaurant operations across locations
- Coach and develop restaurant management teams
- Monitor food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and operational consistency
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and staff training
- Analyze sales, labour, food cost, and operational performance metrics
- Implement operational systems and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with new restaurant openings, setup, launch support, and transition planning (considered a strong asset)
- Travel between locations as required to provide operational support
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of restaurant operations and management experience (multi-unit experience considered an asset)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage teams and maintain high operational standards
- Experience opening or supporting new restaurant launches is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (required)
- Willingness and flexibility to travel
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
