Job Opportunity: Novelty Restaurant
Position: Servers
Hourly Rate: $16 per hour
We are excited announce the reopening of our bar under new ownership, and we’re looking for enthusiastic bartenders to join our team! Whether you're an experienced bartender or just starting out, we want you to bring your energy, great personality, and love for hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
- Create a welcoming environment for guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Manage cash, process payments, and operate the POS system
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers are satisfied
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
Position Options:
- Full-time shifts available
- Part-time shifts available
- Daytime and evening shifts
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18+ years old
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
