Mad Mexican is growing! We are looking for a Full-Time Cook who embodies the spirit of authentic Mexican cuisine and can confidently support our kitchen operations.
All of our products are crafted with love and respect for Mexico’s rich culinary traditions. Our restaurant experience is designed to engage the senses and celebrate culture. In addition to our restaurant, we operate the Mad Mexican Market, where guests can extend their culinary journey by purchasing our signature products to enjoy at home.

What You Will Be Doing
- Prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes and presentation standards
- Meet dietary requirements where applicable
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station, following food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with kitchen operations and workflow
- Maintain inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Record food temperatures and complete required logs and reports
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and production regulations
What You Will Bring
- Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience (asset)
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Mexican cuisine experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and pay close attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Schedule & Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $17.60 per hour plus weekly tips
- Hours: Up to 40 hours per week
- Schedule:
- Tuesday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person
