Position Overview
Joint Force Tactical is seeking a driven, strategic, and hands-on Sales Manager to lead our
internal sales function, manage key customer relationships, and support continued growth
across multiple channels.
This role is central to the business — overseeing major accounts, leading government
tender submissions, and ensuring strong alignment between sales, operations, and
customer service. You will be working directly with leadership to execute on growth
initiatives while maintaining high standards of customer experience and operational
execution.
The ideal candidate brings a combination of leadership, contract and tender experience, and a practical, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Lead, mentor, and manage the internal sales team to achieve revenue targets and performance goals
- Develop and execute sales strategies across retail, agency, and B2B channels
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and growth initiatives
Account Management
- Manage and grow relationships with large and strategic customer accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-volume and key clients
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term retention
Government Tenders & Contracts
- Prepare, write, and submit government tenders and RFP responses
- Review and interpret contracts to ensure compliance, accuracy, and profitability
- Coordinate internally to ensure proposals align with operational capabilities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with customer service and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Align sales activities with inventory planning, logistics, and service delivery
Trade Shows & Sales Operations
- Assist in planning and executing trade shows and industry events
- Represent Joint Force Tactical at conferences, client meetings, and events
Business Development
- Support leadership in exploring new markets, products, and partnerships
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, ideally in tactical, defense, or related industries
- Strong background in B2B sales and account management
- Experience with government tenders (RFPs) and contract management
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to build and guide a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with government or institutional sales
- Familiarity with procurement processes and compliance requirements
- Event planning or trade show coordination experience
- Strategic mindset with a focus on lasting customer relationships and long-term growth
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
