Our client with locations in Ajax and Oshawa are currently looking for Forklift Operators to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently pick customer orders to meet daily production targets in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have minimum 1 year forklift experience, and comfortable working at heights. The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, properly operate warehouse equipment, strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and safety. Pay: $24.25 per/hr
What’s the Job?
- Operate Forklift to pick and prepare products for shipment ensuring safety, quality and order details are met
- Read production schedule, customer orders, work orders, and shipping orders
- Attention to detail
What’s Needed?
- Minimum 1 year Raymond Reach/Order Picker forklift experience (valid license)
- Fall Arrest certification (an asset)
- Working knowledge of RF Scanners
- Read and comprehend simple instructions
- Candidates must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check prior to employment
