Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Dietitians and Wellness Program, the Program Coordinator will be responsible assisting with development and implementation new nutrition service offering to consumers and businesses. The Program Coordinator will also be supporting marketing initiatives to help increase awareness and usage of nutrition services.
Key Responsibilities:
Program development – scanning the market landscape, identifying areas of opportunities, and assist with designing, and implementing new nutrition services.
Marketing initiatives - support the development of marketing initiatives targeting our main customer personas with the goal of increasing awareness of our dietitian services, and incent trial and usage
New partnerships identification – look for opportunities for new partnerships within and outside of the organization, to integrate dietitian services within the enterprise and external partnerships to identify new program ideas to test and to increase portfolio revenue.
Administrative support – providing administrative support through various ad-hoc projects
Requirements:

Be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time and be able to re-prioritize effectively.
Business acumen & project management skills
Enrolled in a post-secondary school and accredited co-op program in the field of nutrition, business or marketing
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
Exceptional collaboration and team building skills to build relationships with business partners
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able to work independently and/or collaboratively in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
Social media experience and knowledge
Strong written and oral communication skills
