Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man, the ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set to handle various maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and functional. This role requires attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with another person. All buildings are located in Montreal.
Duties
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, troubleshooting, etc.
- Conduct routine inspections of apartments to identify issues that require attention.
- Respond promptly to service requests from tenants or landlord.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and maintenance practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems effectively and efficiently.
- Proper time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
