Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of immigration laws and procedures, providing expert guidance to clients navigating the complexities of immigration processes. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and French.
Duties
- Provide comprehensive consultations to clients regarding immigration options and processes.
- Analyze client information and documentation to determine eligibility for various immigration programs.
- Assist clients in completing necessary forms and applications accurately.
- Utilize software tools such as SharePoint and Outlook for efficient case management and communication.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and case progress.
- Offer exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures to provide accurate advice.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Immigration Consultant or in a similar role is preferred (2 years)
- Immigration Licence
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word) and experience with SharePoint.
- Excellent writing skills for preparing documentation and correspondence.
- Ability to analyze complex information effectively to support client needs.
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Previous experience in procuring necessary documentation for immigration processes is a plus.
