About the Role
CTM Cryogenics has been servicing specialized industrial gas equipment for over 40 years. We repair and certify cryogenic tanker trailers and microbulk tank trucks for some of the largest gas companies in North America.
This is not a typical fleet shop. You will work on specialized pressure vessels, cryogenic transfer systems, pumps, and valves, alongside standard trailer systems. Full training is provided on cryogenic systems, so if you have a strong mechanical foundation and a problem-solving mindset, we will build on it.
We are a stable, family-owned business with a growing customer base and a long-term plan to expand. If you want to build real expertise in a niche trade and grow with a company, this is the position.
What You Will Do
Inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair cryogenic and compressed gas trailers
Troubleshoot and service trailer systems including air brakes, electrical and lighting, suspension, axles, landing gear, coupling, and frame components
Perform MVI inspections and maintain complete work order documentation
Service pneumatic, hydraulic, and roll stability systems (Wabco, Haldex)
Carry out preventive maintenance programs in compliance with MTO and B620 standards
Operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely
Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
What We Are Looking For
Valid 310J or 310T licence
Proven hands-on experience in trailer or truck and coach repair
Strong working knowledge of air brakes, electrical systems, suspension, wheels, and tires
Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems independently
Wabco or Haldex experience is an asset
Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and reliable
Physically capable of heavy lifting and manual tasks
What We Offer
Competitive hourly wage based on experience
Comprehensive benefits package
Overtime availability
Paid training on cryogenic and industrial gas systems
Long-term career in a growing, specialized niche
Stable, indoor work environment with a team that has been doing this since 1983
