We are looking for a Store Supervisor for one of our Corporate Locations. This person needs to understand the ins and outs of a fast casual restaurant as well as has at least 1 year management experience.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promotes and monitors quality customer service both themselves as well as staff.
Creates weekly work schedules to ensure that store objectives are met, i.e. Labour cost.
Assumes responsibility for opening and closing the store and securing all assets. Not necessarily closing every night but monitoring shift leads and staff when not there.
Ensures that Company policies and procedures are communicated in a timely manner and adhered to accordingly.
Knowledge of inventory is preferred as Inventory is done weekly and food cost is accurate and within company numbers.
Maintains quality food checks and cleanliness standards.
Excellent customer service skills and demonstrable experience in dealing with difficult customers.
Excellent written and verbal communication and relational skills.
Ability to drive sales in a customer-centered environment.
Must have flexible availability, including being available to work weekends, mornings or evenings as required.
Must have food handlers certificate.
