Your tasks at a glance
-
Coordinate and communicate operational initiatives clearly across clinics.
-
Maintain and improve operational procedures and SOPs.
-
Lead deployment of new tools, processes, and operational changes.
-
Ensure initiatives are understood, adopted, and properly executed.

Support pilot projects and process improvements.

Collaborate with departments including Clinical, IT, HR, and Finance.

Lead and support a team of Operations Coordinators.
-
Prioritize and manage operational requests from leadership.
A clear view of your assets

3–5 years experience in operations, project management, or process improvement.
-
Experience in multi-site operations (healthcare an asset).

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to translate strategy into execution.
