As an Analyst, Corporate Compliance, you will supports the Director in enabling and driving ethical business conduct through the effective implementation of the Integrity & Compliance program at the local level. More precisely, you will interpret, audit and monitor corporate compliance policies, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant requirements

Your responsibilities:
Lead company’s continuing risks assessment and monitoring of commercial activities and the annual self-assessment initiative (testing and assessment of controls, walkthrough, conducting random sample check, review documentation, live-monitoring, documenting of evidence, identifying areas of improvement, proposing remediation plans, define and track action items, including accurate and timely resolution of agreed actions). Maintain and provide updates in Global database on self-assessments, testing results and update on remediation activities.
Partner with other members of the compliance team and provide support to various business functions on all corporate compliance related matters, including the coordination, monitoring, training, dissemination and implementation of internal corporate compliance policies and local processes (Sandoz Professional Practices, Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery, Conflict of Interests, etc.). Assess risks. Inform Director, Corporate Compliance and Litigation and VP Legal & Government Affairs on identified compliance risks. Align compliance risk mitigation plan with management.
Participate in the preparation of various presentations/documents for Corporate Compliance Committee, Country Compliance Meetings (organized by Country Compliance Head), Sandoz Regional Compliance Officer's regular team meetings, etc.

Minimum requirements

Bachelor’s degre, CPA or CA designation optional but preferred
3-5 years of compliance/ audit experience; previous experience in auditing is preferred (CPA, CA Firm);
Qualified in accounting;
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization;
Strong planning, organizational, analytical and writing skills;
Ability to document & implement procedures & obtain buy-in at all levels of the organization;
Excellent in multitasking;
Excellent time management skills;
High attention to details;
Demonstrated ability to influence others without authority.
Good knowledge of MS Office Suite;
Excellent level of written and spoken French and English.
