Duties
What You’ll Do:
- Make 100+ outbound dials daily to nurture leads, book 3–5 qualified appointments, and keep our pipeline full.
- Manage and optimize our CRM to ensure every lead is followed up with, tracked, and converted.
- Provide a world-class client experience by aligning communication to each personality type (we’ll train you on DISC so you always know what to say and how to say it).
- Collaborate with our sales team to create predictable, scalable success.
