Position: We are seeking a talented and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about cocktails, possesses a deep knowledge of spirits, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Crafting a wide range of cocktails with precision and creativity
- Delivering outstanding service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar
- Collaborating with the team to develop new and innovative drinks
- Handling customer orders, payments, and inquiries efficiently
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-end or craft cocktail bar
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A passion for mixing drinks and a commitment to continuous learning
