The Calgary Family Therapy Centre is a non-profit, world-wide known training and research centre, which provides counselling for families whose children are experiencing psychological, emotional and/or behavioural difficulties (see more about us: www.familytherapy.org)
We are looking for a front desk Administrative Assistant willing to engage in administrative tasks to support our clinical staff. We are looking for someone seeking a full-time role, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Job Summary:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support our team and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Receive and direct calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
· Greet and announce clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional first impression.
· Conduct administrative client intake by telephone.
· Type general business correspondence and clinical notes accurately and efficiently.
· Perform weekly data entry tasks, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information.
· Assist with general office duties as assigned, contributing positively to the team’s overall success.
· General housekeeping and maintenance.
Qualifications:
· Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Applications.
· Strong typing skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to contribute positively as part of a team, assisting with various tasks as required.
· Maintain the confidentiality of all client and employee information.
· Provide a current police information check and intervention record check (within last 3 years)

Pay type: Salary
Pay cycle: Once per month
