Typical Day (Winter)
You’ll learn about the latest technologies in the ski and snowboard industry so that you can assess the needs of customers’ equipment and recommend the best service packages for them.
You’ll use our Montana tuning robot to tune a variety of different skis and snowboards. You’ll also learn to repair, wax and maintain skis and snowboards by hand, and install bindings.
You’ll contribute to the overall presentation of the Service Department and the store with projects like merchandising, restocking, and cleaning.
Typical Day (Summer)
You’ll learn about the latest technologies in the bike industry so that you can assess the needs of customers’ equipment and recommend the best service packages for them.
You’ll tune, adjust and maintain a variety of different styles and brands of our customers’ of bikes ensuring that they are safe and have gears, brakes, suspension and other components operating as effectively as possible.
You’ll be building a wide selection of the very newest bikes to be added to our sales floor for customers to shop and enjoy.
You’ll contribute to the overall presentation of the store with projects like merchandising, restocking, and cleaning.
Previous Service Technician experience required.
You’re keen to learn about new technologies and the latest trends in skiing, snowboarding, and cycling.
You’re confident speaking to a variety of different people, both over the phone and in-store. We can teach you what to say, but you have to be comfortable chatting with strangers.
You care about your teammates and your customers. You’re always looking to listen and contribute, even when the task isn’t easy or doesn’t come naturally to you.
