The Research Associate will apply their expertise and knowledge in quantitative imaging, radiobiological modeling, dosimetry, radiopharmaceutical therapy, and machine learning to research projects under the direction of the Principal Investigators, and will carry out or oversee original and independent research to assist them in achieving their research outcomes. The position will play a lead role in training students and post-doctoral fellows, and in resolving issues that arise in the research environment. The Research Associate will have developed an independent research portfolio and will participate in all stages of the research, support and operationalize new and innovative research opportunities, set research goals and objectives for their section of the project, develop research and project plans, and design, develop and validate predictive dosimetry, radiobiological, and imaging analysis methodologies. The role will analyze complex imaging, dosimetric and clinical datasets, evaluate and interpret research findings, develop computational models and predictive analytics approaches, prepare papers for publication, and develop reports, grants/proposals and other written material for presentations and/or submissions to various stakeholders as required.
