REMAX River City is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Broker Assistant to support our leadership team and help keep our brokerage running smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, coordinate events and training, manage systems and communications, and play a key role in supporting one of Edmonton's leading real estate brokerages.
About the Role
As the Broker Assistant, you'll be a trusted support person to the Broker/Owner and Administration Manager. You'll help manage communications, coordinate meetings and events, maintain CRM systems, support transaction administration, and ensure important projects stay on track.

What You'll Be Doing
Administrative & Executive Support
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and email communications
- Handle incoming inquiries, phone calls, and messages
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents
- Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
CRM & Communications
- Maintain and update KEAP CRM records
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns and mass email broadcasts
- Create and distribute internal communications and announcements
- Manage survey and feedback programs
Event & Meeting Coordination
- Coordinate sales meetings, training sessions, and special events
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and meeting materials
- Organize catering, room setup, Zoom meetings, and logistics
- Record and distribute meeting notes and follow-up communications
Systems & Operations
- Support transaction and personnel administration
- Manage digital platforms and shared folders
- Create and update agent FOB access credentials
- Monitor and assign tasks through Asana
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Office & Team Support
- Coordinate company swag and office supplies
- Assist with office organization and general operations
- Support leadership with special projects and initiatives
- Help foster a positive and professional workplace culture
What We're Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of administrative, executive assistant, office coordinator, or similar experience
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- Professional, positive, and service-oriented attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
Technical Skills
Experience with some or all of the following is considered an asset:
- Google Workspace
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Canva
- Zoom
- Asana
- CRM systems (KEAP experience is an asset)
- Eventbrite
- OneDrive
- Slack
