About This Opportunity:
We are seeking a experienced B2B Skincare Sales Representative who can contribute to the growth and distribution of our Skincare brands. The candidate will need be an industry professional with proven B2B sales experience in the beauty and skincare space.
Only candidates with Skincare B2B experienced will be considered.
The candidate must be self-motivated, sales-oriented, and driven to meet and exceed sales goals and challenges.
As a Cosmeceutical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting new business accounts in Spas, Medi-spa’s, Dermatology, and plastic surgery offices. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in lead generation, prospecting, sales presentations, and account retention.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Cosmeceutical skincare sales or related industry experience is a must
- Solid understanding of Medi-spa business operations to have impactful discussions with industry professionals
- Strong understanding of medical grade active ingredients and skincare terminology
- Outstanding communication, written and Verbal skills
- B2B sales experience in the dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic or Medi-spa industry is a must
- Eager to prospect, develop territories and strategies, as well as deliver detailed sales presentations/proposals
- Motivate Spa Partner's and their teams on retail floor selling and coaching
- Effectively manage and prioritize time to complete administrative activities such as; lead follow ups, monthly client calls, creating growth strategy plans for accounts and account management support
- Consistently meet or exceed all sales goals by opening new accounts within the assigned territory and ensuring accounts have a robust growth strategy sales plan
- Maintain client records and notes in the company CRM system
- Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
Requirements:
· 5+ year experience in professional B2B skincare sales
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
· Valid driver’s license and Vehicle
Compensation:
· Base salary + commission on all new skincare open doors
· Monthly expense compensation for car, phone, gas etc.
